We ship your parcels with Austrian Post.
Shipping in Summer
On particularly hot summer days, we may not be able to ship deodorant creams despite using cooling packs. We kindly ask for your understanding that shipping dates may be delayed in such cases. It is important to us that the products arrive in perfect condition. If the deodorant cream has melted during transport, please place it in the refrigerator until it has cooled down. If temperatures in your home exceed 28°C, please store the deodorant cream in the refrigerator during those days!

After receipt of payment, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number. You also have the option to redirect your shipment or choose a safe drop-off location.
Within Austria, your package should arrive within 1–2 business days. For shipments within the EU outside Austria, we kindly ask for your patience. Depending on the distance, delivery may take several days. Please take this into account before placing your order.
